How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and connected platforms when necessary to operate Uplift, process authorized transactions, host or secure the service, or comply with law. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, legal, security, and service purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may disconnect connected services and request access to, correction of, or deletion of information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, contractual, legal, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
