Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement
Effective date: August 29, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Uplift application, customer portal, and related services provided by Uplift Restorations LLC ("Uplift," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Uplift, you agree to these Terms.
License
Subject to these Terms, Uplift grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for legitimate business purposes. No ownership interest in the software or underlying intellectual property is transferred.
Authorized use
You are responsible for information entered into Uplift and for maintaining the security of your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use Uplift in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
Estimates, invoices, and project records
Uplift may help create and manage estimates, invoices, project records, job costs, receipts, customer communications, and related business information. Users remain responsible for reviewing records for accuracy and for their own contractual, accounting, tax, licensing, and regulatory obligations.
QuickBooks and third-party services
Uplift may connect with QuickBooks and other third-party services at your direction. By authorizing a connection, you permit Uplift to exchange information necessary to provide the requested integration. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, and policies, and Uplift is not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those providers.
Payments
Payment options may be provided through third-party payment or accounting platforms. Payment processing, settlement, fees, disputes, and availability may be subject to the terms of the applicable provider.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Uplift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Uplift Restorations LLC disclaims warranties not expressly required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Uplift Restorations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software or third-party services.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Uplift changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
